1. General Use

By accessing this website and visiting Two Little Hands Farm, you agree to comply with these terms. The farm is private property and is open to the public only during scheduled events or by appointment.

2. Farm Safety & Liability

• Inherent Risks: Visitors acknowledge that a farm has uneven terrain, insects, and unpredictable weather. You visit at your own risk.

• GA Agritourism Law: Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.

• Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property.

3. Event & Ticket Policy

• Refunds: All ticket sales for farm events (such as the Zinnia Patch or Sunflower Field) are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the farm.

• Weather: Events are typically held rain or shine. If severe weather requires a closure, we will post updates on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

4. Products & Produce

• Availability: Fresh items like eggs or U-pick flowers are subject to seasonal availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Final Sale: Due to the nature of agricultural products, all sales of produce and flowers are final.

5. Photography & Media

• Personal Use: We encourage you to take photos for personal use! Please tag us when you share.

• Commercial Use: Professional photographers must book a studio or farm session for any commercial or client-based shoots.

6. Privacy

When you subscribe for updates, we only use your information to send farm-related news. We will never sell your data to third parties.
