Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Notice of 48+ Hours: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled start time, you are permitted to reschedule your session one time at no additional charge (subject to availability). Notice of Less Than 48 Hours: If you cancel within the 48-hour window or fail to show up, the payment is non-refundable and you cannot reschedule without paying a new rental fee. Owner Cancellation: If the farm must cancel due to maintenance, safety, or utility issues, you will receive a full refund for the unused portion of your rental. Refund Policy Strict No-Refunds: The agreement explicitly states that there are no refunds for renter cancellations, only the one-time rescheduling option if the 48-hour notice is met. Additional Timing Rules Overtime: If a session runs over, it is billed at $50 per 15 minutes until the space is cleared and reset. Arrival You should arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Cleaning Fee Renter agrees to return the Studio in the same condition as received. If the space requires professional cleaning or excessive trash removal due to the Renter's use, a $75 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
