When using the outdoor areas of the farm, please stay within the designated photography zones and respect any "private" or "no access" signage.

Supervision Required: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times to ensure their safety and the protection of studio equipment and props. Safety First: Please discourage children from running or climbing on furniture not intended for seating to prevent accidents.

While we don't have a strict cap, we recommend no more than 10-12 people at a time to ensure everyone is comfortable in the studio space.

We love animals! But we do not allow pets into the Studio space.

Yes, we have a dedicated, private changing area and a restroom available for you and your clients.

Careful Handling: Please handle all studio props and furniture with care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter. No Glitter or Smoke: To keep the space clean for the next creator, the use of glitter, confetti, or smoke bombs is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Moving Furniture: Furniture may be moved within the studio but must be lifted (not dragged) and returned to its original position before your time ends. Cleaning fee: To avoid a $75 cleaning charge, please ensure the space is left exactly as you found it.
